Albeon Peak™ is built on more than a decade of senior marketing experience spanning financial services, consumer brands and agency life.
Before founding Albeon Peak, Mandy O'Neill led brand strategy at Trtl, growing a global direct-to-consumer brand across digital channels worldwide, and served as Head of Digital at Altar. Prior to that, she held senior roles at Virgin Money and Clydesdale Bank, managing multi-million pound digital budgets and leading complex, multi-channel campaigns, and as Head of Client Services at Denvir Marketing, she delivered brand and digital strategy for clients across a wide range of sectors.
I started Albeon Peak because I kept seeing the same problem... businesses with real potential, working hard, but without the senior marketing thinking to turn effort into momentum. I’ve worked in-house at banks, led brand strategy for a global DTC business, and managed agency teams across dozens of clients. That knowledge is what I bring to every engagement. The experience behind Albeon Peak spans national brands, global consumer businesses and agency portfolios, built over more than 15 years of marketing experience.
At Virgin Money and Clydesdale Bank, Mandy managed a multi-million pound digital advertising budget across paid search, display, aggregator and affiliate channels, driving measurable improvements in cost-per-acquisition and a significant uplift in new customer accounts.
At Trtl, a global direct-to-consumer travel brand, she led the full marketing function across multiple international markets, managing an in-house team and multiple agency partners while consistently hitting commercial growth targets.
Agency side, she has helped regional and national businesses show up on platforms including STV, Sky and Clyde 1/Forth 1, from developing a brand's first ever TV ad to running radio campaigns and managing the strategy that gets clients in front of mass audiences.
Starting from zero, Mandy built a paid digital marketing approach for a leading Scottish independent timber merchant, taking monthly traffic from under 6,000 visits to 40,000+, generating over £1.25 million in online revenue, a 719% ROAS on PPC and outperforming revenue forecasts by £357k, all within just over a year.

Head of Inspiration.
The St. Bernard Method takes its name from Murphy, Mandy's ten-year-old St. Bernese and the unlikely inspiration behind the framework.
St. Bernards and Bernese Mountain Dogs were bred for exactly this kind of work: navigating difficult terrain, providing steady guidance, and knowing the route when others don't. Murphy has never personally rescued anyone from a mountain, but he has spent a decade being loyal, strong and unbothered (unless there's a fly in the room). The method felt like him, so the name stuck.
